honda99I have a 9.9 Honda that is 7 years old. Never a problem with it. Had it out a couple times this spring. took it out and it ran for about 30 seconds and shut down. Restarted and same thing. Looked and no waterHonda 9.9 hp 4 stroke will not idle more than 1 minute - BF9.9APicked up this outboard, but it won't start and lower unit is leaking too. Time to rebuilt it....
